Infodepth successfully launched its rental scheme in 2007. This is ideal for companies that have IT Capital Expenditure constraints or perhaps want to trial the system and gain confidence in the return on investment. Given that the weekly cost of the system can be as low as £5 / week per shop it is not difficult to justify the system on the fraud prevention capabilities alone.

The rental agreement has a minimum 12-month period and the charge is a fully inclusive rate for the supply, training, implementation and support. Payments are normally quarterly but can be made monthly for a small premium.

How quickly can it be implemented?
Normally you should allow up to 12 weeks with 6 weeks being the minimum time required.

Can I convert the rental agreement to a purchase agreement?
Yes after the minimum 12-month period a conversion program is available with an element of rental refunds being available against a published scale.

Do I need to provide the hardware?
Normally yes, but Infodepth will consider incorporating it in the rental agreement at additional cost.

How do I know the system will work with my existing systems?
Infodepth will take data provided by yourselves under an NDA, and demonstrate the system using your data prior to contract. This is subject to you being able to provide the necessary data and data format detail.
