Infodepth doesn't just hold sales data, all types of till transactions are stored, allowing the retailer to gain clearer insights into the retail operations that they have been unable to see previously. One of these might be the detailed examination of returns.

For the percentage of returns that are occurring in a branch compared to the sales it is generating, either a snapshot (such as - what happened yesterday, this week, this month?), or a trend analysis (such as - what is the week-on-week performance?) can rapidly reveal the offending branches. Further analysis of the data can be performed by product area, till operator or customer.
